Job description
Drives and operates tractors with GPS installed perform farm activities such as planting, cultivation, harvesting of crops and grains such as wheat & beans. They will drive tractors and operate designated towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed and fertilize. They will deliver materials, supplies or crops to local elevators or storage on the farm, loading and unloading of crops will be done with the use of augers. Daily maintenance will need to be done on all equipment, buildings and grounds.
Employees must have a valid drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business related calls only. NO TEXTING.
No smoking or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours.
No Educational level required.
Must have six months operating tractors with GPS and towed implements, operate computerized monitors.
