Job description
Job Duties include: Operating planting and tillage, harvest equipment, haying equipment including large square balers and large round balers. payloaders skid steers, drive pickups with trailers to haul equipment's and bales. Basic mechanical knowledge and skill to do basic repairs and maintenance of the equipment to include lubricating and oil changes. Washing and cleaning of vehicles and equipment will have to be done. Drug testing will be done prior to hiring paid by the Employer for safety reasons of driving on public highways. Criminal background check to be done at the expense of the employer due to the expensive tools and equipment that is being used.
Employees must have a valid drivers license or capable of inquiring in 30 days.
Must have semi-truck driving experience to move harvested grains and hay bales
Cell phone usage is limited to business related calls only.
NO TEXTING, No smoking, drugs, or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours.
No Educational level required. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
Must be able to read, understand and write English for safety reasons.
3 months of tractor driving with towed implements and computerized monitors with GPS.
