Job description
Job duties include the operation of large farm equipment to plant, spray, and harvest crops. Employees will also work around grain bins; perform manual labor such as irrigating, which includes working with poly pipe; performing shop labor; and maintenance and mechanical repair. Equipment that employees will operate includes but is not limited to tractors, sprayers, combine, grain cart, and backhoe. Pay increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
Special Requirements
Job requires having or being able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire. Basic English literacy and math skills required. Job duties will require workers to be outdoors for extended periods when temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
