Job description
Operate farm equipment such as ATV, skidsteer, tractor, etc; operating haying equipment for hay production of discing, seeding, swathing, raking, baling, stacking and transporting from field to storage; plant, irrigate, weed, prune, harvest, and milling of olive trees and olive fruit; assisting with processing of livestock such as cattle, goats, sheep on a seasonal basis by castrating, worming, tagging; assisting with birthing of baby calves from mother cows, heifers, does; monitor animal health daily; maintenance and repairs to water structures, feed bunks, fences, and corrals; remove old fence, construct new fence; assisting with livestock grazing on pastures; spray fence rows for weeds; sorting calves to be taken to market and sold; driving farm vehicle; minor daily and incidental upkeep to equipment and worksite.
