Job description
Job duties include general farm work and the operation of large farm equipment such as tractors, backhoe, sprayer, and trucks. Employees will be planting, irrigating, spraying, and harvesting crops. Duties include the ability to perform mechanical repair, maintenance, and cleaning farm and shop areas which includes mowing grass. Manual labor such as shoveling and lifting will be required. Three months of experience and the ability to obtain a drivers license within 30 days of hire is also required. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
Special Requirements
Employees must be able to lift 50 pounds.
