Job description

A beekeeper must interact and work with bees at all stages of the life cycle (egg, pupae, larvae and full grown workers, drones, and queens). A beekeeper must be able to provide the duties throughout the year.
A beekeeper must be able to identify and give appropriate attention at the different stages of the life cycle. A Beekeeper must treat bees for various diseases and pests which include but are not limited to American Foul Brood, Tracheal Mites, Florida Beetles, Fire Ants and most importantly Varroa Mites. This is an ongoing process that must be continued throughout the work period. Beekeepers must feed bees corn syrup and/or other forms of glucose as needed and weather dictates.

A Beekeeper must keep hives clean, painted and in good mechanical order for the survival of the bees. A Beekeeper must maintain his/her personal equipment provided by the employer to perform his/her duties (smoker, bee suit, ropes, hive tool etc.) in working order in order to be fully effective.

Vehicles must be kept clean on a daily basis. Ropes must be maintained in good working order to ensure safety of themselves and the general public. All extracting equipment must be kept in a clean and orderly manner so as to maximize production levels.

A beekeeper frequently lifts and moves beehives weighing around 100 pounds. He/She must apply Bee Go to sun pads before harvesting Money and extracting it. The warehouse and tool room must be kept clean to ensure safety at all times. Barrels and tops must be kept in an orderly layout to maximize production time.

In conclusion A Beekeeper must respond correctly to the bees and their local environment at all times in order to harmonize with the natural life cycle of the bee; specifically as how it relates to honey production. The Beekeeper needs to have at least three months of training and experience on the job. Minimum US degree required is High School. No second US degree needed. Due to the care and treatment that bees require we need at least people who have enough experience working with bees, however in the past years per your request we have decreased the time of experience required but we at least need to have workers who have a level of education involving at least a High school degree as they are more capable of understanding the life cycle of the bee and working accordingly.
