Farm Worker

Job description

Prepare fields for cultivation 20%; Manual shovel work 10%; Planting, cultivating and maintaining soybean crop and maintaining, cultivating, fertilizing sugarcane crop including harvest 40%; Minor maintenance and operation of farm equipment 10%; Farm field and shop sanitation duties 20%. Worker must be able to lift 50lbs, walk, stoop, bend, reach and kneel repetitively for long periods of time. Work is to be completed in weather from extreme heat to rain and extreme cold. Once hired, the worker may be required to take a random drug test (at no cost to the worker). Testing positive or failure to comply with the random testing may result in immediate termination from employment. Employer will train.
