Job description
Attend to all horses, including pregnant mares and foals, and cattle at the ranch. Feed, water, herd, graze, brand, weigh, handle, load animals. Take out and turn out horses into designated areas. Vaccinate and maintain vaccination records for cattle and horses. Maintain records for deworming, foaling dates, breeding dates, flushing dates for horses. Assist in breeding and birth deliveries of horses. Clean and maintain the animal housing and facilities. Tend to ranch duties, including fencing, landscape care, installing any necessary equipment needed, baling hay, driving a tractor and machinery. Prepare the equipment, machinery, pens, stalls, and corrals, needed throughout the season necessary to perform all duties.
