Job description

Duties include drive and operate tractors for feeding cattle daily with towed scaled mixture feeder wagons. They will care of the herd and assist with calving. The workers will drive tractors and operate designated towing equipment with GPS required to disk, and drag to furrow and fertilize the soil for planting of forage for the animals such as corn for chopping and millet. Cutting, raking and baling of hay will need to be done as well as moving bales to the ranch for winter feed supply. Delivery of materials, harvested crops or silage will need to be done. Employees must work independently after given instructions.

Employees must have valid drivers license or obtain one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to business related calls only. NO TEXTING. No smoking, drug use or drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours.
No Educational level required.
Must have three months tractor driving equipped with GPS and other technology systems installed in equipment including towed implements and operate computerized monitors.
