Job description
Job requires operating gps auto steer farm equipment, tractors, combines, and sprayers, to till soil, plant, cultivate, irrigate, fertilize, & harvest crops; mowing around the farmstead; and performing mechanical repair and maintenance. Employees will perform manual labor including but not limited to working with poly pipe, weed eating, hand spraying, shoveling, cleaning the shop, working on and with grain bins, and other general day labor of the farm. Basic English literacy, reading, and math skills, 3 months experience, and the ability to obtain a drivers license (if they do not already have one) within 30 days of hire are required. Increase or bonus may be possible depending on experience and merit.
Special Requirements
