Job description
Job requires operating large farm equipment, tractors, combines and sprayers to till soil, plant, cultivate, fertilize and harvest crops. Performing manual labor, mechanical repair and maintenance. Drive semi-trucks to transport product to elevator or storage area. Basic literacy, reading and math skills along with 3 months of experience are also required. Applicant must have or be able to obtain a driver’s license. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
