Job description
Job requires operating farm equipment to till soil, cultivate, irrigate & fertilize crops as well as performing mechanical repair and maintenance. Crops will be planted and harvested by hand. Basic literacy, reading and math skills along with 3 months experience are required. Applicant must have or be able to obtain a driver’s license. Increase or bonus may be possible based on experience and merit.
