Job description
Workers will participate in the production, watering, cultivation and harvesting of all crops, workers will operate tractors and farm implements and work ground by hand, maintain, clean and repair equipment, fencing and farm/shop buildings. Workers must have 3 months verifiable experience operating 100 hp tractors or larger.
Special Requirements
Hours listed in Section A.6 are the anticipated hours to be worked. These hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity. Workers must have 3 months of verified 100+ HP tractor operation experience.
