Agriculture Equipment Operator

Job description

Employees will drive and operates tractors and combines to complete farm activities such as planting, cultivation, harvesting of crops and grains such as corn & beans. Workers will drive tractors and operate designated towing equipment, drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil, seed and fertilize. They will deliver materials, supplies or crops to assigned locations. Maintenance and minor repairs will need to be done on all equipment, buildings and grounds.

Employees must have a valid drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Semi-truck driving experience
Texting and cell phone usage is limited to business related calls of the operation only.
No smoking in equipment, housing facilities or work shops. Drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours is prohibited and otherwise discouraged.
No Educational level required.
Must have three months tractor driving with towed implements, operating computerized monitors and semi truck driving for moving equipment and crops.
