Job description

We need seasonal employees to assist with our crop production. We plant 10,000 acres in corn, silage, beans, wheat and sorghum. We need employees to assist with the day to day operations from planting thru harvesting. Employees will operate equipment including running newer models of tractors to perform field work, disking, planting, spraying and fertilizing. Use loaders to move manure and running harvest equipment including combines, silage cutters, grain wagons and semi-trucks and grain trailers. Must be able to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment.

Special Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Require a regular driver's license and the ability to obtain a CDL or equivalent within 30 days of hire.
