Job description
Work in inclement weather (rain, heat, cold, hot, humid) weather may fluctuate work hours (+/-); possible downtimes. $11.99/hour 35 hours a week. Workers will pick
blueberries that are dry and according to color, ripeness and firmness. Workers will pick, pack, prune, cultivate blueberries. Workers may
lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Transportation/subsistence reimbursed for costs incurred for reporting to worksite, if worker completes half the employment period. Housing
will be available at no cost to the workers, including U.S. workers who cannot reasonably return to their permanent residence at the end of each work day Three months
of verifiable farm-work experience required. Lifting requirements of 60lbs.Tools are provided by employer at no cost. Must show proof of legal authority to work in USA.
Must be 18 years old. workers may also perform general labor farm work such as weeding, pruning, digging, raking, cleaning, watering, and other farm related jobs.
Special Requirements
The employer will only conduct a drug test only if the worker (employee) is in a work-related accident. The drug testing will be at the employers expense. If the worker fails the drug test or refuses the drug testing, this will be probable cause for termination of employment.
