Job description
Weed, shovel, hoe, plant, cultivate, harvest, grade and pack spring and summer fruits and vegetables to include but not limited to strawberries, tomatoes, okra, blueberries, blackberries, melons and pumpkins. This includes transplanting, irrigating, pruning, staking and string plants on trellises as necessary. Prepare fields for planting. Hand harvest plants with tools. Lay plastic mulch. Clean fields post harvest. Maintain and operate irrigation systems. Harvest wheat straw and hay. Load, stack and unload square hay bales. Maintain fencing and tree lines with chainsaws, bush ax, weed eaters and/or other tools as necessary. Must work with hands and be fast and agile.
