Job description

Take orders, serve/deliver food and beverage products to resort guests; assist with opening and closing of restaurant or food and beverage area. Set-up, clean and tear down work station; prepare side work, advise kitchen of items ordered, present check to guest, clear table/remove tray from guestroom. Clean and set tables, replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware and dishes. Supply service/buffet/cold/hot bar with food and beverages. Follow all sanitation policies and guidelines.

Employer will offer 40 hours per week. Resort open 7 days a week, workdays vary Sunday through Saturday. Normal shift times: 6:00am-2:30pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 11:00am-7:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm (Includes 30-minute unpaid break). Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy and events.

Special Requirements

No minimum education required.
3-months Hotel/Resort Server experience required.
Workers are subject to pre-employment criminal background checks, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required.
Applicant must complete an employment application.
Employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job.
Required uniform provided at no cost to employee.
