Job description
Keeps buildings, rest rooms, decks and public restrooms in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, disinfecting, washing walls and glass and removing rubbish. Duties may include the use of power washer.
Special Requirements
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Universal Cleaners is open 7 days per week and the specific days and hours of work will vary depending on scheduling and the level of business but will generally be 5pm to 3am 7 days per week with rotating days off approximately 35 hours per week with some overtime. Weekend and holiday work required. Work performed at customer locations in Traverse City.
