Job description
The employee for this position is responsible for the complete care of the facility, grounds, the building exterior and equipment that services the facility, which include: mowing and spraying weeds as needed; pick up trash and debris; blade driveways as needed, paint as needed; perform welding and carpentry work when needed; maintain good housekeeping and grounds keeping; drive and operate the following equipment: skid loader, tractor, mower, forklift, pick-up or truck pulling a trailer; and maintain equipment such as mower, skid loaders, and pickups. Worker must have 1 month experience in grounds keeping.
