Agriculture Equipment Operator

Job description

Drives and operates tractors with towed implements to cultivate, spray and harvest crop such as wheat and beans also including corn and millet for winter feed for animals. Workers will move harvested crops from fields to storage on the farm or local elevators. Maintenance will need to be done on all equipment, structures , fence and grounds. Must be able to work independently and unsupervised after given instructions and highly motivated.

Employees must have a valid drivers license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days.
Cell phone usage is limited to farm operation related calls only. NO TEXTING.
No smoking in the housing, vehicles, fields and machinery. No drinking of alcoholic beverages during working hours and otherwise discouraged. No Educational level required.
Must have three months tractor driving with towed implements and operate computerized scale monitors and GPS.
