Job description

Employees must be an experienced agriculture equipment operator and a veteran of the H2A program. Employees will operate tractors equipped with GPS and computerized monitors. Equipment includes JD 9660 combine; JD 7730 Loader tractor; MF 5033 loader; MacDon self-propelled windrower; M 2956A Baler. Employees will perform duties such as planting, spraying, fertilizing, and harvesting of grain such as soybean, wheat and corn to chop for silage for the livestock. Employees will operate large tractors with towed implements, such as drills, disks, and drags to furrow and prepare the soil to seed and fertilizer. Employee will operate semi-tractor and trailer to deliver materials, supplies, livestock and crops to assigned locations. All equipment, structures livestock and land will have to be maintained.
Must understand and be fluent in English for safety reasons.
Must have a valid driver's license or capable of obtaining one in 30 days of arrival.
Must have experience tolerating grain dust, mold, and pollen as well as laborious work in excessive heat.
No Education level necessary.
Must be able to lift 60 pounds regularly.
Cell phone usage and texts are limited to only the business of the operation.
Smoking is prohibited in equipment, vehicles, fields and housing facilities.
Drinking of acholic beverages is prohibited during working hours and is otherwise discouraged.
Employees must be self starter, highly motivated and able to complete projects with limited supervision and with no direct supervision once trained.
Should be willing to work flexible hours and be dependable and hardworking. Applicant must provide and accurate skill level resume (CV) which includes the length of experience and be willing to commit to the length of the contract.
