Landscape/grounds Laborer

Job description

Landscape and maintain grounds/property using hand and power tools and equipment. Trimming, planting, fertilizing, watering, root preparation, digging, raking. Install, relocate, maintain and prune large trees and shrubs using heavy equipment. Ability to lift up to 40lbs and bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day. Travel to worksite locations within Bexar County, TX.

• Maintain large trees & shrubs by keeping them well watered. Pulling weeds from the rootball. As they grow they need to be repotted & mulched.
• Use heavy machinery such as tractors and bobcats to help with lifting the trees/shrubs for repotting or moving them to a different location on the business property.

Special Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40lbs and bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day. Saturday work required, when necessary. Travel to worksite locations within Bexar County, Texas. All tools/supplies req'd, provided at no cost.
