Job description

Carry food, silverware, or linen on trays or use carts to carry trays.
Clean or sterilize dishes, kitchen utensils, equipment, or facilities.
Determine where patients or patrons would like to eat their meals and help them get situated.
Examine trays to ensure that they contain required items.
Load trays with accessories, such as eating utensils, napkins, or condiments.
Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that guidelines, such as those for special diets, are followed.
Monitor food preparation or serving techniques to ensure that proper procedures are followed.
Place food servings on plates or trays according to orders or instructions.
Prepare food items, such as sandwiches, salads, soups, or beverages.
Record amounts and types of special food items served to customers.
Remove trays and stack dishes for return to kitchen after meals are finished.
Stock service stations with items, such as ice, napkins, or straws.
Take food orders and relay orders to kitchens or serving counters so they can be filled.
Total checks, present them to customers, and accept payment for services. The work will be done in private event spaces in a country club.

Employer will offer approximately 40-50 hours of work per week. Club is open 7 days a week, workdays will vary Sunday through Saturday. Normal shift: 10:00 AM-8:00 PM. 30-minute, paid break per shift. Additional shift time: 4:30 PM-11:00 PM. Workdays and shift times may vary with events.

Special Requirements

No minimum education or experience required.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
