Job description

Prepping cold line items, hot line items, and sauté stations. Food ranges from
cold items such as salads and sandwiches to hot items such as steaks, seafood,
and chicken.

Prepare and portion food. Prep, saute, and fry according to standard recipes. Handle knives and operate small kitchen equipment safely. Must work well in a fast paced and close environment.
Special Requirements
Must safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Workers scheduled for one 8-hr shift per day between the hours 7am-11pm, Sunday Saturday with 1-2 days off per week.
A criminal background check will take place post-hire, pre-employment.
