Must be able to help with preparation and cleanup of job sites; lift up to and carry 1 0Olbs repeatedly during the work day; use picks and shovels to hand dig and backfill excavations; follow directions and assist foreman; put away tools, as well as assist with building and positioning forms for pouring concrete and dismantling forms after use; and be able to help with cutting, grinding and demolition of concrete.
