Job description
We need seasonal help to assist with harvesting wheat, beans, canola and corn. Employees will be required to drive trucks to haul harvested commodities, operate combines, grain carts and tractors. Employees will also need to complete routine maintenance on equipment.
Special Requirements
Must have a CDL or appropriate driver's license or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire. Post-hire and random drug testing and criminal background checks will be required at the expense of the employer. We require drug testing to ensure a drug free workplace. Failing a drug test will result in termination. Post-hire background checks will be conducted, and no employee will be hired with a violent/theft criminal background history to ensure the safety of family and employees. This is a requirement for all domestic and foreign workers. Job requires exposure to extreme outside temperatures. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Require 3 months experience.
