Job description
Will perform general duties required of groundskeepers: Maintenance and upkeep of all grounds, including plants, trees, lawn areas, golf course maintenance (greens, fairways, etc.) drives, walkways, ponds, irrigation systems, snow and ice removal, trash and recycling. Cut, trip, seed, irrigate and maintain all lawn areas. Flower bed preparation, planting and weeding. Cleaning up debris, snow and ice removal, spreading of sand and ice melt. Perform tree maintenance.
Special Requirements
Must lift up to 100 lbs. Requires physical activity for extended periods of time.
Workers scheduled for one 8-hr shift per day between the hours 5am-6pm, Sunday Saturday with 1-2 days off per week.
