Job description
Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls, and removing rubbish. Duties may include performing routine maintenance activities, notifying management of repairs, and cleaning debris from sidewalk and street.
May perform other job duties pursuant to 37-2011, Janitors and Cleaners, Except Maids and Housekeeping Cleaners.
F.a.5a-F.a.6b: 35-50 hours/week, 0-20 OT hours/week; 7+ hour shifts; 5-6 days/week (Sun-Sat, schedule varies and includes evenings and weekends; business is open 7 days/week); 6:00 pm to 7:00 am. Schedule varies.
F.b.9a: Position is exempt from overtime pay.
Special Requirements
No formal education, training or experience required. On-the-job training will be provided.
