Job description
Perform food preparation tasks. Grill, cook, bake, and fry foods such as eggs, pancakes, doughnuts, meats, breads, pastries, and other menu items. Prepare sandwiches, doughnuts, breakfast sandwiches, take-out orders, and doughnuts. Perform general cleaning of food preparation equipment and work areas in bakery and various kitchens. Perform tasks in the kitchen in a sanitary and safe environment using all health protocols set by Congdon's as well as the state such as gloves, sanitizer, temperature zones, dating, etc.
Anticipated days and hours of work per week: Minimum of 35 hours per week (meaning no less than). Shifts are between 10pm to 6pm (day and overnight shift). Open 7-days including holidays. Shift hours vary. Shift are: 10pm to 6am; 12am to 8am; 6am to 2pm; and 10am to 6pm.
Special Requirements
Experience not required. Must be available to work all shifts including weekends and holidays. Maybe required to lift up to 50lbs (food ingredients bags).
