Farm Laborer

Job description

Workers will be required to perform drive tractors to assist in the field preparation, planting, and harvesting of sugarcane and soybeans as well as general farm labor, such as shovel work, drainage, cleaning shop, cleaning the house and fields, shop yard and house yard free of debris etc., as well as any other general labor that may arise in the operation of the farms. Drug tests may be administered post-hire at no cost to the workers to ensure worker safety and keep in compliance with workers compensation guidelines. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Worker must abide all posted work and safety rules. Workers must be physically able to perform all duties described.
