Job description
Perform tasks involving physical labor at a restaurant. May wash dishes, clean kitchen and preparation areas and food preparation equipment and utensils, and perform a variety of other duties to properly run the kitchen back house operations in a restaurant. When not washing or cleaning, may perform a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking, such as
preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea.
