Job description
Layout of Insulated Concrete form walls, which include windows, door openings, column beams, embedment plate layout. Install walls incluing the rebar. Once walls and rebar are installed, review all plans and confirm accuracy of the walls, windows, and door openings. Lead and oversee the pouring of concrete into the forms, including concrete finishing.
Special Requirements
Post-employment drug tests required after incidents or on reasonable suspicion paid by employer. Background check required.
May be required to lift up to 80 lbs. Job site work will require frequent exposure to the outdoors, some in extreme weather conditions, with physical requirements, including walking, climbing stairs, scaffolding, maneuvering around small obstacles, moving through cramped quarters, etc.
Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the work site. Other transportation around the main worksite will be provided by the employer.
