Job description
Tasks include: Work with a team of cooks to prepare, season, and cook sauces, meats, seafood, vegetables and desserts (in advance and on demand) in a high-volume kitchen setting. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area, including trash removal, mat washing, and mopping.
Special Requirements
F.a.5 A-H: 8am-3:30pm, 11am-4pm and 3:30pm-11pm. M-Sun; shifts and days vary; OT may be available
