Job description
Workers will be required to complete landscaping duties or maintain property using hand or power tool equipment. Workers will typically perform various tasks, which may include any combination of the following: Sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, and installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Gather and remove litter. Use hand tools such as rakes, shovels, pruning saws, saws, hedges, bush trimmers, or axes. Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axels, snowblowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning sawswater lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans. Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using shears, pruners, or chainsaws.
Special Requirements
Workers must be able to push, pull, carry and lift at least 50 lbs. Workers must have at least 3 months of experience in basic landscaping techniques
