Landscape Laborer

Job description

Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Lay sod, mow, trim, plant, weeding, watering, dig holes with shovel, rake, blow leaves; spread seed, fertilizer and mulch; sprinkler installation/repair, installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. May drive trucks or other vehicles to/from or at worksites. Maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning.

Employer will offer 40 hours of work per week, Monday-Friday 7am-4pm (Includes 1 hour unpaid break), may vary depending on weather. Work on Saturdays may be required.

Special Requirements

No minimum education or experience required.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs without assistance.
Workers that drive a company vehicle are subject to random drug testing, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B.
All workers are subject to post injury/incident drug testing, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B.

Must follow pandemic policy and guidelines which may include daily health assessment and temperature check.

The employer will provide worker at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform job. Uniform and PPE (safety glasses, gloves, vest and hard hat if needed) provided at no cost to employee. Additional PPE available for purchase and payroll deduction at approx. $8-$12. Additional company apparel available for purchase at approx. $5.50-$9.00 per item and available for payroll deduction. Company discounts w/preferred vendors available for purchase through payroll deduction.

The employer will provide daily transportation to and from the main worksite in Centennial. The employer will then provide daily transportation among worksite locations in Arapahoe, Adams, Clear Creek, Douglas and Jefferson counties, CO.
