Job description
General lawn care and landscaping maintenance/installation duties including landscaping and maintaining grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Perform a variety of tasks, which include a combination of the following: mowing, raking, weeding, shearing, edging, hand pruning, sprinkler installation, and sod. Load and unload bags of soil, fertilizer, lawn mowers, and other lawn care equipment from work truck. Safe operation of equipment, including: 21” and 36” mowers; power hedge, shears; power shears; backpack blower; aerator. Clean lawn care equipment after use. Work in all weather conditions. Frequently required to reach, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, climb and balance. Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Special Requirements
Work in all weather conditions. Frequently required to reach, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, climb and balance. Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. 40 hours/week. Hours may vary due to weather condition. Shift: 6:00am-3:30pm, varying shifts (Monday-Thursday) Friday and Saturday work required when necessary. All tools/supplies req'd, provided at no cost. Drug testing required post-hire and post-accident at employer's expense for both U.S./domestic and H-2B workers. Travel to worksite locations in Denver, Jefferson, Adams, and Douglas Counties of Colorado.
