Blueberry Farmworker

Job description

Work in inclement weather (rain, heat, cold, hot, humid) weather may fluctuate work hours (+/-); possible
downtimes. $11.99/hour 35 hours a week. Workers will be harvesting blueberries, blackberries, grapes, and tobacco. They will also be pulling weeds, raking, cleaning around shed areas, laying irrigation pipes, and digging ditches. Workers may lift and carry up to 60 lbs. 60 days verifiable experience required. Tools are provided by employer at no cost. Must show proof of legal authority to work in USA. Must be 18 years old.

Special Requirements

The employer will only conduct a drug test only if the worker (employee) is in a work-related accident. The drug testing will be at the employers expense. If the worker fails the drug test or refuses the drug testing, this will be probable cause for termination of employment.
