Job description
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff as orders are presented. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Prepare food for service: chopping vegetables, preparing meat and sauces, baking breads and any other premade or pre-portioned items. Clean up stations and take care of leftover food. Stock inventory appropriately. Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.

F.a.5 A-H: Shifts vary by week: 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm. Sunday-Saturday. OT may be needed. OT varies at 5-20 hours per week.
