Labor Waterproofer

Using Sheet Applied Waterproofing; Cold Fluid Applied Waterproofing; Hot Applied Waterproofing; Caulking; Joint Sealants; Air Barriers; and Deck Coatings, workers will be:
Waterproofing foundation walls to commercial and residential buildings;
Waterproofing balconies and pool courtyard slabs;
Installing Air Barriers to Exterior Buildings;
Installing Traffic Coating and Vehicular Coatings; and
Installing joint sealants on the exterior part of buildings and garages, including Windows, doors, and floor control joints.

Assist foreman with waterproofing duties, in the construction site. Determining the appropriate materials and process to repair and waterproof the project. Ensuring clean and proper application of caulking and other waterproofing compounds, following the company
guidelines to complete each task.

Special Requirements

Be able to lift 50 lbs, follow directions. Employer will provide lodging at no charge for the first 2 months of employment.
