Job description

The Crumb Blender Operator is responsible for staging, weighing, adding, and mixing raw materials as directed by assigned batching instructions to produce a wide variety of products. Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, FDA regulations, and safety protocols is a must. Weigh and pour/add ingredients in the proper sequence according to batch order; Operate equipment to blend batches for specified time per batch order details; Understand and support the production schedule by prioritizing and multi-tasking; Maintain a high level of cleanliness on all compounding related equipment and facilities; Assume raw material accountability to ensure accurate tracking and inventory. Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing, and other active movements. Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment. Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods. May be required to lift and move up to 60 lbs as well as manipulating 60-gallon drums with either mechanical or team assistance.

Special Requirements
