Job description

Operate or tend washing machines or drying machines to wash or dry hotel articles, such as sheets, towels, uniforms, comforters, blankets, draperies, linens and rugs. Includes spotters and dryers of these articles. Laundry Attendant: 10 openings Min 35hrs/wk. Rotating shifts: 8am-3pm / 10pm-6am, Wage $16/hr. OT $24/hr. Operate or tend washing machines or drying machines to wash or dry hotel articles, such as sheets, towels, uniforms, comforters, blankets, draperies, linens and rugs. Includes spotters and dryers of these articles.

1-mo. exp req’d. Thu through Wed, Scheduled shift & workdays vary. Weekends & holidays req’d. No daily transportation to/from work provided. No on the job training provided. Supplies, work tools & equipment are provided free. Optional employer provided housing subject to availability at $125wk including 3 meals a day and will be payroll deducted weekly. All deductions required by law will be payroll deducted weekly. Visa & related fees will be reimbursed in the first work week. Guaranteed work for total hrs equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation and daily subsistence (min $13.17/day and max $55/day),if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (min $13.17/day and max $55/day),upon departure. Pay weekly. Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
