Job description
Duties may include: Prepare menu items to customer orders. Prep meats, vegetables, fruits, and other foods: washing, peeling, cutting, portioning, mixing Season/cook food according to recipe/menu. Coordinate with kitchen staff in preparing food in a quick and timely matter. Bake, roast, broil, fry, grill a variety of foods practicing safe and sanitary food practices and techniques & other related Restaurant Worker activities as per SOC/OES 35-2014 (onetonline.org).
Possible weekend/holiday work.

Special Requirements
Must be 18 due to insurance. Must show proof of legal authorization to work in the United States. Drug/alcohol/tobacco free work zone. Perform physical activities: such as lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 40lbs. All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified.
