Provide immediate attention to all guests upon seating. Distribute menus. Fill glasses, answer questions and suggest menu items. Take orders and place with kitchen, inform cooks about any special cooking instructions. Assemble food on tray. Serve meal. Check back to ensure guest satisfaction.
