Job description
Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and assist with installation of sprinklers and mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. May mix and spray herbicides/insecticides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders.
Special Requirements
Must lift/carry 85 lbs., when necessary. Saturday work required, when necessary. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire at random, upon suspicion of use, and post-accident.
