Job description
Landscape or maintain properties using tools or equipment. Tasks may include planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sprinkler installation, seeding, mulching, sod laying, hauling & spreading topsoil & installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units.
Special Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Workweek Monday to Friday. Saturday work required, when necessary. Hours may fluctuate due to weather, OT hours will vary. Work in adverse weather conditions. All tools/supplies req'd, provided at no cost. Random drug testing post-hire at employers expense for all workers, both domestic and H-2B workers. Travel to project locations in Erie county of New York MSA.
