Job description
• Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh
• Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients
• Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods
• Present, garnish and arrange final dishes
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes
• Handle and store ingredients and food
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
Special Requirements
Must be able to remain on your feet for several hours at a time, lift and carry up to 30 pounds, frequent bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching and light sweeping.
35 hrs/wk., shifts 9:00am - 4:00pm and 3:00pm - 11:00pm and days vary including weekends and holidays, rotating schedule Sunday through Saturday, $14.93 to $18/hour based on merit and past experience. OT possible at $22.40 to $27/hr.
