Job description
Workers will operate agricultural equipment, tractors and heavy trucks, to plant, cultivate, harvest and transport sod. Workers will maintain and repair farm equipment, diesel trucks and tractors. Workers will maintain buildings and grounds. 3 months of experience working with heavy equipment and operating semi trucks is required.
Drug testing will be performed upon incidence, accident or suspicion, at the cost of the employer. Failure or refusal of a drug test will be grounds for immediate termination. Applicants must possess a valid drivers license.
Special Requirements
Hours listed in Section A.6 are the anticipated hours to be worked. These hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity.
