Job description
Worker will plant, cultivate, and harvest fruits and vegetables by hand. Worker thins, hoes, and weeds row crops using hand implements. Workers will work with packaging as needed. Certain harvesting standards will apply and the employer will train on these specific standards for two days or eight working hours. Some workers will use equipment such as tractor's sprayers, cultivators and mowers. Must have minimum of 3 months verifiable work experience planting, cultivating, and harvesting fruits and vegetables.
Special Requirements
Hours listed in Section A.6 are the anticipated hours to be worked. These hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity.
