Job description
Perform all planting, maintenance, harvesting, and grading functions on a conventional and organic farm. Must know all aspects of drip and overhead irrigation. Must have a minimum 3 months verifiable experience with these tasks plus operating and training in federal food safety standards.
Special Requirements
Drug testing may be performed post hire at the employer's expense. Work is scheduled 7 days a week. Worker will have a 24 hour rest period weekly and no one will be required to work 7 days per week, or be terminated for not working for not working 7 days per week. Workers may be requested but not required to work on their Sabbath.
